Who do we cater to?

We are a styling service and hire company catering to the busy property stylist and creative.


What are our Services?

We offer onsite support and a range of decor and furniture to hire. We know most stylists have their own range of décor, linen, and pieces and have a warehouse or a storage facility where their items are kept, so part of our back end support is to offer a pickup service with delivery straight to the property. If needed we unload and help with the beginning stages of the stying install. We are happy to mix our items with the stylist’s pieces and happily work with other hire companies.

Our other services designed to support stylists on install days; hanging of artwork, extra hands on setups & collection days, styling assistance and storage unit clean-up & maintenance.


Where do your furniture and accessories come from?

We are continually adding to our collection of goodies and are always on the look out for the latest in furniture, art and wares to include in our range. We love looking at the design and fashion world for inspiration and like to keep it fresh and fun with the décor and furniture we offer. Our range is sourced from a mix of local suppliers and makers with a big part of our ethos being to support local business and companies that support sustainability and keep good work practices. Where we can, we will up-cycle, repurpose or custom make one off pieces to include in our range.


How do stylists book in jobs?

Subject to approval, our stylists and creatives can become members by making an online account with us for access to our onsite store and our pricing. The online store shows what items are available to hire, our range and what services you can select. We have designed our services with the stylist in mind and each service is available to book separately of each other or within a package with no minimum rental on items.

We style a number of properties each week as a result our stock is constantly changing so it’s hard to guarantee exactly what we’ll have available on any given day. Though items online show what’s in stock it’s always best to confirm with our team due to returns and collections being so frequent. What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required up to three days before your installation date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. (1% surcharge applies).


What is your hire period?

Our rental period is for a minimum of 4 weeks. Our standard hire period includes 6 or 8 weeks furniture hire, depending on the season. We do offer weekly extension should you need extra time on your rentals.


What happens if we sell early?

If your property sells earlier than expected, let us know and we will collect our furniture at a time that is convenient for you. We don’t offer refunds or any credit notes if furniture is collected early. Our min rental is 4 weeks for sales campaign or 1 week minimum for the film industry or shoot hire.

Can you style a home that is lived in?

Yes, we are happy to blend our items with your clients and if needed, we offer a range of other services to help get your property ready for the open market like, de-cluttering, cleaning, light cosmetic touch ups, painting, garden work etc. We do require a $500 security bond as well as a valid credit card to keep on file for styling packages in lived in or tenanted properties. We expect our items to be looked after while they are being used for the duration of the campaign. If furniture or items return soiled or damaged in any way, a cleaning or replacement fee will be billed.


We run our business from Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Note: We recommend photo shoots be scheduled for the following day after your styling install. If for any reason your shoot needs to be on the same day as your install please make sure our team knows and the delivery times can be worked out to allow enough time for us to set up the property.
